Final Courtesy Reminder - Set up with CMA

RE: Set up your CMA Account Dear Homeowners:
This is a final courtesy notice. As you should know, as of today (October 1, 2021) we have transitioned to CMA as our Property Manager. CMA sent out a welcome letter that includes the steps to set up your account. Please be sure to do this as soon as possible!
Because we cannot transfer payment information from Metropolitan to CMA, it is imperative that Homeowners:
1. Cancel any reoccurring / autopay set up with Metropolitan.
2. Set up your account with CMA to access CMA's Homeowner Portal("Portal").
3. Set up payment information within the Portal.
Again, please take care of these matters as quickly as possible. HOA dues for October are still due on October 1st and must be paid to CMA. The dues for 2021 remain $117.90. We are aware the welcome letter reflected a different amount - Metropolitan supplied CMA with the wrong information regarding our homeowner dues.

Furthermore, we apologize for the influx and sometimes repeated notifications during this period; however, we are working to ensure that every Homeowner is alerted and set up on time to avoid late fees.
