Road Repairs, Resealing, & Restriping

10/02/2022

We are very excited to finally be having our roads repaired, resealed, and restriped. This project will take a bit of cooperation from Homeowners and Tenants, so please be patient as we tackle this major project. We greatly appreciate your help and cooperation as we work through the different phases. Thus far, we have already completed the first phase, which involved repairing certain concrete curbs, sidewalks, and drainage grates.

UPDATE: OCTOBER 2, 2022

Phase 3 will begin tomorrow, Oct. 3rd, 2022. During this Phase, part of Phase 2 (Arapaho side) will also be stripped. Striping was delayed due to someone driving through the newly re-sealed area. Please see below for Phase areas. Vehicles must be moved out of the area for the work to be completed. Any vehicle not removed will be towed at the vehicle owner's expense.

UPDATE: SEPTEMBER 28, 2022

Phase 2 will begin tomorrow, Sept. 29th, 2022. Please see below for Phase areas. Vehicles must be moved out of the area for the work to be completed. Any vehicle not removed will be towed at the vehicle owner's expense.

UPDATE: OCTOBER 19, 2021 @2:00 PM

This week on October 20th and 22nd (Wednesday & Friday), Rose Paving will be out to conduct asphalt repairs for phase two of the project. Once this is complete, they will move on to resealing and restriping. Asphalt repairs will impact certain homeowner/tenant parking spaces. Please see the maps below to determine if your parking spaces are affected. If your space is being affected, please be sure to have your car moved and parked in a visitor space (or a neighbors space with permission). Unfortunately, cars that are not moved prior to the Rose beginning the work will have to be towed.

Please let us know if you have any comments, questions, or concerns. Again, thank you for your time, patience, and cooperation through this process.
