The Cottages at Indian Park
Located on the southern side of Murfreesboro, our community is composed of 57 townhome-style condominium buildings with a total of 229 residential units. With owners and tenants from all walks of life, our little community sure seems big!
Our property is currently managed by Community Management Associates, Inc.. "CMA" helps to maintain the safety, finances, and day-to-day operations required by our Community. In conjunction, the Board of Directors helps to ensure that the Communities Governing Documents are being enacted and enforced.
