Registration Information

In order to improve the safety and cleanliness of our community, the Board is opting to maintain records of the Lease(s), Vehicle(s), and Pet(s) belonging to each Unit.

To register your lease, vehicles or pets, please click the corresponding link below.

But, Why?

 (1) Trash and miscellaneous items being improperly dumped and/or left at the compactor. By simply maintaining a vehicle registration record for all vehicles within our community, we will be able to easily find and identify anyone improperly using the compactor.  Since we will be able to identify them, we will be able to pursue corrective actions against any offender. This not only helps to stop the disruptive behavior but also generates additional funds for the Homeowners Association - the better these funds, the less need for yearly increases!

(2) Fecal material not being disposed of properly. Another issue many of us are tired of dealing with is seeing pet waste scattered across the Common Areas, Landscaping, and even on the Sidewalks! By requiring animals to be registered with the Homeowners Association, it will aid us in finding and identifying any pets and owners that are not cleaning up after their animals. Just as with trash, by being able to identify violators we not only help generate revenue to keep your monthly dues down, but we also help maintain the cleanliness of our Community.

Here's how YOU can help!

With both trash and pet waste being two major issues within our community, it takes everyone to help stop it.

  1. First off, don't be that person! - it really is that simple, please make sure trash is properly disposed of and all pets are picked up after.
  2. Register your information, quickly and completely - by making sure your information is up to date, we are quickly able to identify any Units who are noncompliant. The more complete our registry, the more we can accomplish.
  3. Say something - we all have a responsibility to keep our community clean and sanitary (not to mention maintain and grow our property values!), sometimes a gentle nudge or simple reminder to those not following Community Standards is enough to let them know people are watching and they should do better. Of course, never approach the situation in an angry or confrontational way!
  4. Take a picture - if you see anyone not doing their part to maintain our community, simply snap a picture and send it to the Board. Proof matters in following up with violators.
