Our Community only becomes better with each volunteer. Whether you have a little or a lot of time to give, the Cottages at Indian Park is always able to utilize a helpful neighbor. We have many different options and avenues depending on how involved you'd like to be. Somethings, like being a member of the Board or on a Committee, take a little more time and commitment. Other things, like a community cleaning day or volunteering to assist with community projects, may only require a small bit of time. There are many ways to help and lend a hand around the community. To many, this may come naturally, sometimes it's as simple as picking up some trash from the street on the way to the compactor. While every bit definitely helps, some projects are bigger than just one person. Thus, the Board and our Community need you! If you have some spare time and a willingness to give back, we are always looking for volunteers. With countless ways to get involved, there is something for everyone. Check out a few of our currently proposed projects!
With as many Common Areas and as many Units as we have, it takes a lot to maintain. Unfortunately, that maintenance costs money, which directly impacts our monthly dues. Volunteering to help clean up and maintain some of our grounds is a great way to get involved, meet your neighbors, clean the Community, and keep your expenses down!
The Board is currently looking to begin having a Meet and Greet styled event, whether this will be hosted somewhere like Lanes, Trains, and Automobiles or maybe a cookout here on our Common Areas, the possibilities are endless. Either way, we will definitely be excited for any help in making this and other social events a reality!
We are always open to suggestions as well! If you see a project that needs to be done or would like to start one of your own, just let us know!

We are currently looking to fill positions across our Board of Directors. Ideally, we would like to fill a minimum of two vacancies, but we have room for up to four more members!
