HOA dues are used for many things, here at the Cottages at Indian Park, one of the things we utilize those dues for is towards maintaining the Common Areas and exterior maintenance. If you see something in need of repair, please submit a maintenance request on our Home Owner Portal.

Request for Modifications
The Modifications Committee will review and approve (or disapprove) applications submitted by unit owners for exterior additions, alterations, or modifications to a home, unit, or landscaping using Design Guidelines and Structural Standards approved by the Association's Board of Directors. A copy of these Guidelines can be found below.
