Managing a neighborhood takes a village...or at least a few volunteers!
There are many ways to get involved! If you're not afraid of commitment, maybe a spot on the Board of Directors or a seat on one of our Community Committees is for you. If you simply want to test the waters and give some of your time to the community, check out our Volunteers page!
The Board of Directors works to safeguard the Community as defined in its governing documents. Directors are responsible for finances, community oversight, and enforcing the CC&Rs, By-Laws, and Rules & Regulations.
Committees can cover many different areas, some like our Covenants Committee handles infractions and violations, while others like our Modifications Committee work to beautify and enforce our Design Guidelines.
Volunteer opportunities are limitless. Whether it's a bigger project planned by the Board or a Committee, or a neighbor led task, any and all help is appreciated. If you have a project in mind or just want to give back, let us know!
