Speeding & Parking

To help insure the safety of children and community members, please pay attention and remember to take it slow! The speed limit within our community is only 10 MPH, and it is a TN state law to be Handsfree while driving!

  • Driving at speeds in excess of 10 mph is prohibited.
  • Each residential Unit shall entitle the owner to the use of not more than two (2) automobile, van or pick-up truck assigned parking spaces.
  • Parking spaces shall be provided by the Association on the Common Area and Limited Common Area, and which spaces shall be as near and convenient to said Unit as reasonably possible, together with the right of ingress and egress in and upon said parking area.
  • No parking is allowed on either side of the Cottages at Indian Park streets, except for in the appropriately designated space(s).
  • No parking is allowed that blocks access to other unit owners' designated spaces.
  • No part of a parked vehicle shall extend beyond the concrete apron of the unit's spot.
  • No junk or inoperable vehicles, or vehicles not currently registered shall be parked in Cottages at Indian Park spaces or visitor parking.
  • No resident shall repair or restore any vehicle of any kind in, or about the limited common areas or common areas except for emergency repairs, and then only to the extent necessary to enable movement to a proper repair facility.
  • Guests and visitors should park in the designated spots labeled "Visitor."
  • Commercial vehicles, tractors, mobile homes, recreational vehicles, trailers (either with or without wheels), campers, camper trailers, boats and other watercraft, and boat trailers shall be parked for a period of no more than 48 hours.
