Getting started with the Homeowners' Portal
Signing-up for Metropolitian's Homeowner Portal is quick and easy! Simply follow the steps below!
Step 1: Request your login
Request your log-in information by visiting https://www.mpnashville615.com/homeowners.
Step 2: Fill out the information sheet
Simply fill out the information sheet (pictured on the right) with your First and Last Name, Homeowners association (The Cottages at Indian Park), Email, and phone number. Be sure to check the box for "Portal Registration", then click submit!
Step 3: Check your email
While it may take up to a business day for your email to come through, Metropolitian will email you account log-in and a link to the portal.
Setting up your Account!
Step 1: Logging in for the first time
Once you have received the email with your log-in information, you can access the Homeowners' Portal by going to https://portal.mpnashville615.com/Home/Login.
Step 2: Enter your Information
Simply enter the login information you received in the email, and click "Login"
Once you log-in, you'll arrive at the "Owner Dashboard" which gives you an overview of your account! Before exploring, lets finish setting up your account:
Step 3(a): Resetting your password
On the left-hand navigation bar, click "My Login"
Step 3(b): Enter a new password
Enter in a new password of your choice. BE SURE TO ACCURATELY TYPE YOUR PASSWORD as it is only entered once!
Step 3(c): Confirm
Once you are sure you entered your password correctly, click "Update Login". You've now reset your password!


Setting up auto-pay in the Portal
Auto-pay through the portal is free and the quickest, most convenient way to ensure your monthly assessments are paid on time. Not only does this help you avoid late fees, but it also saves you the time of writing a check every month or the charges associated with other payment options!
Step 1: Log-in to the Homeowners' Portal
If you're not already logged in, log-in to the portal by going to https://portal.mpnashville615.com/Home/Login, and entering your login information.

Step 2: Go to "Make a Payment"
In the left-hand navigation panel, click "Make a Payment"
Step 3: Select "Auto-Draft"
From the orange-button options that appear, select "Auto-Draft"
Step 4: Select "Enroll/Update All Properties"
Select the orange-button labeled "Enroll/Update All Properties"

Step 5: Enter in your Banking Information
Simply select the account type. Enter your account number and routing number. Select the day you want auto-pay to begin. Finally select "Enroll in Auto-Draft".
Setting up your Contact Info.
Be sure to verify that all of your contact information is correct. Additionally, if you are an owner with tenants, please add your appropriate mailing address as outlined below.
Step 1: Log-in to the Homeowners' Portal
If you're not already logged in, log-in to the portal by going to https://portal.mpnashville615.com/Home/Login, and entering your login information.
Step 2: Navigate to Contact Info
On the left-hand navigation menu, select "My Contact Info"

Step 3: Verify "General Communication Preference"
By default, your General Communication Preference will be email. If you prefer by mail, you may select that option here.
Step 4: Verify "Billing Communication Preference"
By default, your Billing Communication Preference will be mail. If you prefer by email or text, you may select that option here.
Step 5: Verify "Mailing Address"
By default, your mailing address will be the property address associated with your account. If you reside at a different address, select the dropdown air and click "(New Address)". This will allow you to enter your current mailing address. Homeowners with Tenants, please be sure we have both addresses on file and that you have submitted the "Lease Addendum" which may be found here.
