The Board of Directors couldn't be more pleased to announce Metropolitan Properties as our new property management company. The transition from Timmons will take place over the course of the next month as we settle in with our new management team. That's right, TEAM! Metropolitan utilizes what they call a "pod" system, which utilizes a collective team of managers to make sure we have all the eyes watching over our community and all of the minds helping it grow! We've done our research and spoken with the President and different managers of Metropolitan, and one thing is clear...Metropolitan is just as friendly, excited, and passionate to work with us as we are with them. They are ready to make our wonderful community even better! Together we want to make this as easy and smooth a transition as possible, but that will require just a touch of effort from Homeowners. So, while they do the "heavy lifting," please keep an eye out for future correspondences! 

While not all-inclusive, some of the responsibilities MP will assist with are:

  • Maintaining the property according to the standards of the Association.
  • Maintaining assets and secure performance of all items as directed.
  • Maintaining all forms of insurance related to property.
  • Hiring and supervising personnel, independent contractors, and vendors.
  • Maintain compliance with all requirements of local and national governments or regulatory authorities
  • Preparing annual budgets for the Associations.
  • Maintaining office records, books, and financial accounts.
  • Collecting all assessments and fees due from owners and tenants.
  • Reporting on financial asset reviews, balances, and allocations.
  • Informing association members of all rules, bylaws, and other governing documents.

In addition, Metropolitan has a magnificent Homeowner Portal. Within the Portal you can access your account, pay dues and/or fines, request maintenance, review governing documents, and much more! To access the Portal, click here:
