A gigantic THANK YOU to ALL for appropriately disposing of your holiday garbage. This is the first year in a long time we got through the holidays with no compactor problems, back-ups, or having to bring in an additional dumpster!

In an effort to maintain the health and safety of our Community, our Annual Homeowners Meeting is postponed indefinitely. Please see the bottom of our Home page to submit any questions, comments, or concerns during this time. We appreciate your patience as we work to find a new to host our meeting.
Remember, Apple's Pest Control is on the property the 4th Monday of the month starting at 7:30am (CST). Please make the appropriate arrangements if you would like them to spray inside your unit. To help insure the safety of children and community members, please pay attention and remember to take it slow! The speed limit within our community is only 10 MPH, and it is a TN state law to be Handsfree while driving!
